Sea Sparkle special mention at Berlinale

At the award show of the Generation section of the Berlinale festival our great movie Sea Sparkle (Zeevonk) by Domien Huyghe was awarded with a special mention. The movie opened last week this special section that is aimed at films for children.

Sea Sparkle tells the mesmerizing story of Lena, who loses her father in a fishing accident. In contrary to other people, she doesn’t believe that the accident was his fault, but was caused by a giant sea creature.

The Belgian movie, produced by A Private View and Viking Film, will hit cinema’s in March in Belgium.
